Second Run on Less  – Messy Middle Report Update

We are excited to be releasing the second report from Run on Less – Messy Middle. We will share findings from our report Terrain, Technology, and Telematics: The Messy Middle Operations Report at next week’s Technology & Maintenance Councill meeting.

This report covers operational factors of Run on Less – Messy Middle. The Run measured real-world performance from 14 Class 8 tractors operated by 13 participating fleets across four energy pathways: diesel/renewable diesel/biodiesel, compressed natural gas/renewable natural gas, battery electric, and hydrogen fuel cell.

The study team identified 11 key findings based on its analysis of the data collected during the Run.
