Schaller Steps Down, McHorse Joins NACFE

Dave Schaller, longtime NACFE contractor, is stepping down from his role as director of industry
engagement becoming director of special projects, which will include work with TMF Detroit
Challenge, Aspire Engineering Center, LA Clean Fuels and others.

“Dave has been an incredible contributor to the work NACFE does and has shared NACFE’s work
at countless industry events,” says Mike Roeth, NACFE executive director. “His presentations
are always exciting, interactive and help bring clarity to everything we do.”

“It has been inspiring to work with so many great fleets, suppliers, dealers, NGOs, and
sustainability leaders over the past decade,” says Schaller. The industry has made incredible
progress, and our efficiency journey has only just begun.”

Mike McHorse, former director of marketing and communications at Premier Truck Group, is
stepping into Schaller’s role effective April 1.

“We are delighted to have Mike join us as he brings nearly 40 years of experience in the
trucking industry most of it with Daimler Trucks North America,” Roeth adds.

“As a previous NACFE board member I realized then the important role this organization plays
in providing the commercial vehicle industry with verifiable and objective data,” McHorse says.

“Now, having the opportunity to join NACFE as its director of industry engagement, I’m excited to bring my industry experience in commercial vehicle platforms, marketing, and
communications to help continue and expand on their critical mission.”
